- Sharing your information: We only share your personal information with exam boards or festivals including, but limited to, LCM and ABRSM, only once you have confirmed your consent via electronic or hardcopy communication for the application to take place.

- The reason we use this basis: To fulfil HMRC obligations.
- We process your information in the following ways: Your information is stored for reference only by Rachele Russell Vocal Tuition for the purposes of self-assessment tax returns.

- The reason we use this basis: For those expressing an interest in purchasing lessons (soft opt-in), and have consented to being kept on a waiting list.

- Data retention period: Until the student is no longer a customer.

In short, we only store data on those individuals who have taken the first step to contact us, and only the information provided by them is kept securely on file.

Only vital information, such as the contact’s name, the student’s name (if different from contact name), the student’s date of birth (only required for exam entries) and age, the contact’s email address and phone number, is collected.
